PUMPKIN PIE
Pumpkin Custard Filling
- 14 oz. Condensed Milk
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 6 Eggs
- 2 cups Pumpkin Puree
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon (Ground)
- 1/4 tsp. Ginger (Ground)
- 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg (Ground)
- 3 tsp. Dark Rum
Pie Dough
- 2 cups. Sifted flour
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 3/4 cup. Butter
- 1/2 cup. Could water
