Quick Recipes for a Busy Mom!

I am a mom 24/7 and entrepreneur, so the last thing I have is time to spend on long preparations. So it occurred to me to share some recipes that help me feed three hungry and special mouths.

This is one of those ….WAFFLES

Recetas Rápidas Para una Mamá Ocupada!

Yo soy una Mamá 24/7 y emprendedora así que lo que menos tengo es tiempo para gastar en preparaciones largas.  Así que se me ocurrió compartir algunas recetas que me ayudan a salir a salvó de tres bocas hambrientas y especiales.

Está es una de esas ….

• WAFFLES
• 1 ½ Cups Milk
• 2 Egg Yolks
• 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
• 1 ½ TBS Baking powder
• 1 TSP Salt
• 2 TSP Chocolate Powder (optional)
• 1 TBS Butter Unsalted
• 3 Egg Whites
• 2 TSP Sugar

You may be wondering… Why did I write the recipe this way?

Well, all you have to do is put the first 6 ingredients in the blender and blend until incorporated.

And the last two ingredients are put in a bowl where they will be beaten to the point of nougat!

When you have both mixtures, incorporate them with a spatula and that’s it!

Your Mixture is ready for some delicious Waffles.

Note: I put the optional chocolate powder because if you decide to skip it, nothing happens either. I use it because, apart from the fact that it is delicious, my Ternuritas love it like this!

Se preguntarán … Por qué escribí de esa manera la receta?

Bueno, lo único que tienen que hacer es poner los primeros 6 ingredientes en la licuadora y molerlo asta incorporar.

Y los últimos dos ingredientes los ponen en un tazón donde los batirán a punto de turrón!

Cuando tengan ambas mezclas, las incorporan con una espátula y listo !

Su Mixtura está lista para unos deliciosos Waffles.

Nota: Le puse el polvo de chocolate opcional ya que si lo quitan tampoco pasa nada. Yo lo uso porque aparte de que es delicioso, a mis Ternuritas les encanta así!
